The office building of the management territorial agencies started in May of 2011. This year the territorial agencies of Mukhrani, Dzelkviani, Gamarjveba and Nikea moved into the new, transparent buildings, which are equipped with modern technology. For this construction, 470000 GEL was spent from the local budget

The ice palace, which is a modern sports complex, is stretching about 600 m. In this sports complex, besides the ice square, there is a gym, massage-rooms and well-placed shower-baths. For this construction, 650000 GEL was spent from the local budget

Within the project of the rehabilitation of Kutaisi, Chavchavadze Avenue has been renewed. The project includes: planting of greenery, covering sidewalks with stones, reconstruction of the buildings facades, and roads reconstruction with modern standards, lighting and making the roads for bikes. The road of bikes will be 6 kilometers long and it will join the existing road of bikes in Agmashenebeli Avenue

Rugby stadium has been constructed. This modern complex with European standards covers 8 hectares. There will be four full-stadium (3 natural and 1 artificial), the academy of rugby, hotel, hostel, dinning room, changing room and parking. The construction of the centre will be completed by the end of 2013

The Washington species of palm trees were planted along 1.5 kilometers in the Agmashenebeli Avenue. Here is also underground irrigation system and special night lighting; there is paved stones and field. Decorated benches are placed there and the nearby buildings' facades are changed. 960 000 GEL was spent from the local budget for the project. This 1.5 kilometers long palm avenue is one of the central sections of the road of bikes

To preserve city's unique infrastructure, rehabilitation of the historical bridges is carried out: Red, White and Chain bridges. On the walking parts stones have been replaced with new ones, the plastic profiles have been dismantled and the metal constructions have been modified, which were made by local authorities in London and in Paris about two centuries ago. The oldest bridge in Kutaisi is the Chain bridge, which was built by King Leon in the 8th century

The rehabilitation of Kutaisi central square started in October of 2011. In the centre of the square there will be erected a colored fountain with 30 statues of the Colchis, whose cannons height will be 1 to 2.5 meters, while the spread length of the cannons will be more than 95 meters. The square will be fully faced by stones
